So like I said, he left this morning and that leaves me here with Sawyer in bed. I've eaten some pizza and I'm working on ice cream. Let's not forget the salad I ordered, though. The Pizza Company caters to expats and while my favorite pizza at home is Papa John's, this stuff is exactly like Pizza Hut and is a welcome junk food since it tastes like home. I can order pizza and typical sides like wings and breadsticks...but they also deliver ice cream. This is kind of pathetic, but there were many nights in MD when I'd be in my pajamas ready for bed and think, "I wish there were places that delivered ice cream." Another wish granted by the diaper genie. Keep em coming!
My friend Eva is going to be without her husband this week and she's planning on keeping me busy. She and I sort of started up a new playgroup. She is from Holland and all her friends with babies are from different parts of the world so we have quite an international group. It was great last week when Sawyer stuck out his tongue and the Australian lady next to my said, "Oh my that's quite a tongue." The accent made it sound pretty funny, but I admit my face did turn pink. All the girls at playgroup were nice, though. And Sawyer was way outnumbered by girls yet again. We have another Lost cast member in the baby club - Charlie. Only this Charlie is a girl and I think that is the COOLEST name for a girl. What would a baby girl named Charlie be wearing, you ask? Pink leopard onesie. Too cool. Almost makes me want to have a girl, but not yet.
